The Ubisoft E3 2017 Press Conference has concluded and came complete with already established titles, brand new IP and a complete surprise announcement.
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle is certainly real and it will be coming to Nintendo Switch on August 29th. The title has been developed by Ubisoft’s Milan and Paris team and has been in development for three years. Picture a Mario game, now picture that game with Rabbids, then picture a Rabbid in a Princess Peach costume. Described as a tactical adventure game players will experience a whole new kind of Mario game.
Assassin’s Creed Origins releases October 27th on Xbox One, PS4 and PC and looks to send players to ancient Egypt. You will control Bayek, an egyptian sheriff who is en-route back to his home town of Siwa where he looks to conquer Medunamun the fake oracle.
The Crew 2 expands on the original game by allowing you to not only drive vehicles but boats and planes too. Launching Early 2018 but if you can not wait until then, sign up for the beta.
South Park: The Fractured But Whole is still on its way this year, hitting the stage with yet another trailer that sets the tone for an epic battle between friends.
Transference is a brand new psychological thriller title in development that is coming to Xbox One, PS4, Windows 10 and VR platforms. Releasing Spring 2018 and is brought to you by Ubisoft and Elijah Wood’s development company, Spectrevision.
The brand new IP was revealed to be Skulls & Bones, a pirate adventure game that contains shared world’s that can be played either as a solo renegade or as part of a crew. You can be the captain of your very own ship, embarking on your own crusades or take to the multiplayer PVP action in a 5v5 mode called Loot Hunt. More details to follow in the common months and is expected to launch Fall 2018.
Not only are we getting one South Park game this year on consoles and PC, but there is a South Park heading to mobile platforms in the form of Phone Destroyer.
Starlink: Battle For Atlas is being developed by the same team behind Splinter Cell: Blacklist, toys-to-life title is coming to Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch in 2018. Customise modular ships to suit how you want to play, take the fight into the stars or battle enemies near a planet’s surface.

At the beginning of this article I mentioned a complete surprise announcement, that one being Beyond Good and Evil 2! The long awaited second instalment was unveiled in the final segment of the show. The game’s story will take place before the birth of Jade and set in System 3 in the 24th Century.
