The Xbox E3 Media Briefing has finished and with it came a strong library of games, hardware and fan-favourite features.

To kick things off, Project Scorpio has its veil lifted to become the Xbox One X. Launching November 7th worldwide with a price tag of £449.99/$499. The new console will feature 12GB GDDR5 Memory, 326 GB/s Memory Bandwidth and of course the 6 Teraflops of GPU. Not to mention 8 CPU cores running at 2.3 GHz, 1 TB HDD and the capability of running 4K UHD Blu-Ray Discs.

For the gamers, it will mean True 4K gaming experiences complete with HDR. Many titles already released will receive updated to make then Xbox One X Enhanced, such as Gears Of War 4, Forza Horizon 3, Halo Wars 2 and Minecraft, just to name a few.

Forza Motorsport 7 was announced, coming from Turn 10, boasting 700+ vehicles and will release October 3rd. The game will be one of the first to make full use of the Xbox One X’s capabilities, running at 4K 60fps on the new console whilst running at 1080p 60fps on the One and One S.

Metro Exodus was announced via a world premiere trailer and is the latest entry into the Metro series after 2033 and Last Light.

Continuing with the world premiere trend was Assassin’s Creed Origins, which was leaked a few times leading up to reveal but that’s okay. The next instalment with have a new protagonist and is set in ancient Egypt. Coming out October 27th for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.

The huge PC hit Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is coming to Xbox as a console launch exclusive which might imply a PlayStation release later on. This will arrive Late 2017 and will receive a 4K update for the Xbox One X.

Another console exclusive on its way is Deep Rock Galactic an FPS that comes complete with mining, co-op, enemies and playable dwarves. Ghost Ship Games will also bring the title to PC as an Early Access title.

The Darwin Project also coming to Xbox One as a console exclusive, the multiplayer survival game that gives off Hunger Games vibes in the sense that it can be described as both a science experiment and entertainment.

State Of Decay 2 was unfortunately delayed to 2018 however that doesn’t stop us from getting excited for it. This sequel to a much loved zombie survival game features four player co-op and still boasts the same freedom to the players. Choose to kill or save a bitten survivor, if you save them you use medicine from your own reserves.

Mojang takes to the stage to announce new features and updates coming to Minecraft. 4K Update and the Super Duper Graphics Pack this fall and The Better Together update allows for cross-play between Xbox One consoles, Mobile, Windows and Nintendo Switch.

Dragonball Fighter Z is the latest fighting game in the DBZ franchise coming from Bandai Namco and will feature 3VS3 2D fighting. Also from Bandai Namco comes Code Vein a brand-new RPG. Both games will release on Xbox One, PS4 and PC, coming 2018.

An MMORPG is heading to Xbox One and it isn’t what Rhys Baldwin predicted, Black Desert heads to the console space in early 2018.

The Last Night is an adventure game that is oh so stylish with it’s pixel art-style.

Two long awaited titles have finally received a release date with Tacoma arriving August 2nd and Cuphead launching September 29th, both on Xbox One and PC.

Sea Of Thieves from Rare is the shared-world pirate adventure game that has many fans longing to sail the seven seas, coming Early 2018 to both Xbox One and Windows.

The Artful Escape from Beethoven & Dinosaur and Annapurna Interactive will come to Xbox One and Windows 10 and will benefit from Xbox One X enhancements. The game boasts bright colours and plenty of charm and it’s “coming when it’s damn ready.”

Super Lucky’s Tale was originally an Oculus Rift game but is now coming to Xbox One as an exclusive title. Launching November 7th, the happy go lucky (see what I did there?) fox stars in this platformer that will play in 4K on Xbox One X.

It feels like forever ago when Crackdown 3 was announced but now it’s releasing later this year on November 7th to coincide with the new console no doubt. The game runs at 4K on Xbox One X, don’t forget that doesn’t mean it wont play on the Xbox One or Xbox One S, all games and accessories are compatible with all three. Crackdown 3 also launches on PC. Life Is Strange – Before The Storm from Square Enix was announced with Episode 1 arriving August 31st. The game will span three episodes, no further dates were shown.

A hugely requested feature was revealed with Original Xbox backwards compatibility, the only title announced so far was Crimson Skies with further details arriving in the coming months.

Ashen is an action role-playing game that is about a wanderer who searches desperately for a place to call home. The Xbox One console launch exclusive currently has no release date.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps is the sequel to the 2015 title Ori and the Blind Forest. You will begin a new adventure in the hopes to unravel Ori’s destiny. Coming to Xbox One and Windows 10.

Monolith brought Middle Earth: Shadow Of War to the Xbox stage in the form of a gameplay demo that contained new features added to the nemesis system and revealed what has been expanded on in this title. Bring enemies over to your side to go up against even bigger foes.

Closing the show was Anthem, Bioware’s new IP that was announced at the EA Press Conference. Anthem is a shared-world action-RPG in which players can band together and confront the dangers of the outside world. You will have a selection of exosuits to choose from, called Javelins, these will give you varying weapons and super-human like abilities that allow you to survive if your up to the task.
